PILATES & YOGA
We offer a mat Pilates to help build core strength and flexibility. Build strength, flexibility and balance through our Yoga classes.
Each instructor offers a little different style of Yoga. Try them all to experience an assortment of mind/body connections.
Our high energy indoor cycling classes are available for you throughout the week. Come into class and take one of our new upgraded bikes for a ride.
The best way to burn calories and condition your cardio vascular system.
Our tennis pro, Brett, will guide you through a great cardio workout using a tennis racket.
Classes are held on Tuesday at 8:00 pm.
